Mineral foundation, long lasting?

Hi everyone ive been using mineral foundation for a while now. I love how it makes me face look in the morning but as the day goes by i notice it changes. It fades from the pale colour it starts off as to a more greasy colour. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem with mineral foundation and what i should do about it?

I use sheer cover and I have to say, it doesnt really cover that well and certainly doesnt last that long. I didnt realise just how many were available!

Hello, I am also with ELMO & ALEXAROSE and I recommend ELES cosmetics because it is a gorgeous mineral liquid to powder foundation with an SPF and it has great staying power. Enjoy! xx

I have been using Sheer Cover mineral make up for over 5 years now, love it. It improves my skin, works wonder with blemishes, look very natural and good coverage. However, I have oily skin, so I do have to pat my T zone with some blotting powder during mid day.

I never looked back at non-mineral foundation 🙂

Hi Bebbi1 – I have oily skin espeically my T Zone. Have your tried a mineral setting powder applied under your makeup focusing on your T Zone. You only need a light dusting and then apply your foundation and then if needed another light dusting of setting powder. Remember to layer it and not one heavy layer.

Although ELES foundation might come across as being expensive I think its one of those great products you really pay for what you get in quality. It is an outstanding product and it would be a great investment to purchase one. If your not convinced or still trying to decide search ELES cosmetics on BH and you can get pages of reviews for the product 🙂

I have tried the maybelline mineral foundation powder. I found that it lasted for a good few hours throughout the day but one thing that annoyed me was that anything brushed against it would rubb it off easily whether it be clothes, your hand, any interaction with the skin basically. It dosent have a great staying power I think.
