Max Factor oil free — Oily foundation?

Hey,
So I have been using the new MaxFaxtor Xperience weightless liquid foundation. It is oil free and non comodogenic which I love.
It goes on smoothly and used to feel wonderful and soft and I really loved it.
However… (I hate howevers)!…. The past month or so the minute I apply it to my skin, it looks awfully shiny and oily!
I have tried lessening my morning moisturiser, I use NP primer, i have tried no primer, no moisturiser… all to no avail. my skin looks nice and matte and clean after my shower and morning routine, but the minute my foundation hits my skin its and oil slick!
Any tips or advice?

Hope it starts working like it used to, by the way it’s avaliable at priceline (although some stores don’t seem to stock the she range :), and on their site http://sheaustralia.com.au/shop/index.php?cPath=6 I’ve also seen it in the window once of price attack, just in case you didn’t know!

    thanks ladies I will give BB111’s tips a try…
It is well in date, not expiring till later this year. And I havent changed my routine either just the same old products I’ve always used. I have tried both just a moisturizer on its own and also just the primer but i get the same result which is disappointing. I keep the foundation in the bathroom cupboard, there’s only a tiny window as its more of a powder room toilet than a full bathroom.

Perhaps my skin is just changing, will look for the She range for the mattifying products. thanks girls!

You might want to check the expiry date of the foundation. Another thought – do you keep the foundation away from sunlight? Are you still using the same moisturiser and/or primer you used when you started using the foundation? These are things you might need to check. Otherwise Beautybabe111’s suggestions are very helpful.

Try just using a moisturiser or a primer not both because you have oily skin, there is also mattifying primers and moisturisers on the market you could try them, She aromatherapy has just realsed there red rice range that has a mattifying moisturiser, not to sure what it’s like though!
