Massive problems! Help would be great

Ok where to begin lol
For a start my problem is just my hair/scalp
Now last 3 months my hair/scalp has been really itchy (most of the time), dry, frizzy, gross looking and just really messy…. but biggest problem is when i shower i always have heaps hair in my hands like 10 strands and when wake up like 10 strands on my bed! im not bald or another but this doesn’t seem normal!
Now at first i thought i had dandruff but i didn’t! next i thought yep i have lice not i don’t, so i went to doctor and everything was perfect he thinks i need more vitiam d which is probably so true, but asif that explains the itching and hair loss from not enough vitiam d hmmmm :/

Sorry i better add that i use redken for men mint clean shampoo and conditioner for washing and i blow dry my hair and straighten my hair got parlux and ghd and i use De Lorenzo outline spray in red bottle

Anyway im a male 19 years old and im not smart on beauty hair products and all so any help would be 100% great!

Hi! Glad to hear that your problem is better!

Has your hair always been frizzy? Is your hair damaged – I find that my hair gets really frizzy if I am in need of a hair cut. What is the weather like? If it is particularly windy or humid this might cause hair to be more frizzy.

Most use gel or hair spray to control hair. One trick is to spray some hair spray onto your brush and just comb through your hair.

this is where you buy it online
    http://www.moogoo.com.au/
plus they also list stockists on the website so there might be a chemist near you that sells it

only getting 3-5 hours sleep a night is going to play serious havoc with your body and could very well explain your problems with your hair

EmeraldLover: Thanks for that important info =], i get barely any sleep like 3-5 hours, i really need get ore sleep

Where should i buy moo goo? online? if so which site, or in a shop

    Thanks everyone!

Lack of sleep would lead to stress on the homeostasis of your body as it is not given the time it needs to heal, replenish and rejuvenate itself and therefore a physical sign of this bodily stress for you might be hair loss.

To get the right amount of sleep you should be looking at between 6-8 hours, some people need more and some less, I for example need at least 8hours sleep to feel good.

Roxymisha: thank you for info, very helpful 🙂

elmorules: Wish hair was stronger its like, its barely attached to my scalp

Should i try Moroccan Oil cause my hair is like dry, damaged and very frizzy? or is there another product someone can suggest or is better then Moroccan Oil?

Can lack of sleep cause hair loss?

Try Moo Goo . As for hair falling out it normal !!!!!! some people can loose upto 100 plus a day . everywhere i go my hair is there as it falls out all the time .
Take it from me straight hair !!!! is not all that great you have hair sticking up all the time , fly aways , hair breaks so easy . fine thin straight hair is the pit’s .

I think too much salt in your diet can also cause hairloss. Or maybe thats a myth.

EmeraldLover, Oceangirl12: Thanks helps for telling me about your previous experiences it heaps a ton!

beautystar: Well i wash my hair everyday only because if i don’t wash it, it looks so unclean messy oily and gross even though it does after i wash it lol.
I use to straighten my hair everyday untill this hair loss started happening and just freaked me out and stuff lol, but yep i do use a heat protectant which is De Lorenzo Extinguish Heat Protection, the could be an option that i burnt my scalp (ouch :/ lol), the thing is how do i get my hair straight if i don’t straighten it? :s
Lol Orlando bloom haha got a hot wife =], but i hate wavy curly hair i just want my hair to be straight and looking neat and tidy like justin beiber or jesse mccartney or zac efron or oliver skyes (doubt you know him) but yer i hate messy hair just want it to look neat and tidy and it’s hard cause my hair so fizzy and curly and i just wanna make it look good grrrr….

Couple of general questions which i would love be answered
How often should you wash your hair?
What about noxion products i’ve had a read of them seem to be good but are they and would they fix hair loss problem?
Ummm is anyone from Melbourne in here? if there is could someone tell me best beauty shops to go to i already know like hairhouse warehouse, priceline, price attack what others are there please xD
Whats this MoroccanOil? Will it help fix my hair?

Definelty gonna give this moo goo a go! sounds so good and so much rave, ill report back in 2 weeks about it 🙂 thank you

Thanks everyone, been such a big help and means heaps :).

Glad that you are going to try moo goo – you won’t regret it, I promise you. Moroccan Oil is the latest product that everyone is promoting for healthy hair and helping fight frizz. I tried a sample of it but it didn’t impress me and I have tried many products as I have curly hair which becomes frizzy particularly during humid weather. Some people swear by Moroccan Oil – it is just one of those products you have to try if you can get a sample. Most of the hairshops you mentioned should have samples available.
