I though i would create this topic
For anyone thats a MACPRO member

Just a question. I dont have my card yet so i cant log on because i dont have my number yet.
Do they have all items on the site? and what price is it at normal or discounted?

They have all of the items listed on the US website after you log in, it shows the discount once you have the item in your shopping cart.
It doesn’t show the discount on the product page though.

Having no luck with showing the discounted prices 🙁

Have you registered your card number to your account online?
When you click on ‘My MAC’ on the side bar, then click on ‘Sign In’ scroll to the bottom of the page and at the bottom of the sign in section there will be a box saying ‘MAC Pro Members’. Click on ‘Click Here To Register’ and register your card. You should be able to see all the discounts once the items are in your account. You can also see (and buy if your card is American) all collection launches about a week before they’re released.

Note though that once you have registered your card with your account you will not be able to purchase anything at all (even at full price) through that account because MAC will know that your card isn’t American, therefore you they will know that you aren’t an American resident. You will need to have your PRO account so you can see the discounts and then another account for you to still purchase from the US Store.

I registered when i first got it thats the first thing i did. I have some items in my sccount just playing around but just gives full price maybe because im australian

On there site there not very clear on the % So here is me thinking i might get only 20 or 30 % but even better is the 40%

I dont want to go to crazy but i might have to lol.
We just got stuck with saving as john got that fine and new tires lol but we needed them but did not need the fine lol

If you got the card on Make-Up qualifications then the discount is 40% (in Australia and International). If you received the discount on hairdressing, photography, etc then the discount is 30% (in Australia and International).

I have purchased from within Australia, from the UK and from the US and have always received 40% discount.

I forgot what one i ticket but does not matter its still alot off

Hi darl, saving is tough. You think you are doing okay and wham, something turns up unexpectedly and you have to dip into the savings. I guess that is why it is important to have some money in reserve whenever possible. I had to use a big chunk my emergency fund recently for an unexpected medical expense which nearly made me cry, but then I realised that is what an emergency fund is all about. Back to the savings plan and spending ban yet again for both of us, lol! xxx

also 40% off in America 😀

Fabulous news MML! I know you have been waiting a while. That is an awesome discount in both countries. You will have heaps more fun now in the US! x
