Lose Weight

I need help. Been trying to lose weight. Want to know what really work for those people who have tried losing weight. I know exercising help but are there any people out there who have no time to go to a gym or to swim but yet manage to lose weight without compromising on meals?

    I try to eat healthy and stay away from all the junk, I take my dogs for a walk every night to stay in shape and fit, depending on how busy you are you should find a tme in ur day weather early in the morning or late in the afternoon to go for a walk, it doesnt have to be to long, you can just go around the block if you want to, or if u have time walk a few k`s and if u really feel up to it maybe run…

    I think the key to losing weight is having the motivation to do so – I am terrible and have been a yo-yo dieter since the age of 15 and my weight has ranged between a very unhealthy 45kg – 80kg. I`m currently a size 12-14at 5`8 tall and I have never been more confident – I think you need to find a weight/size that suits YOU as a person and embrace it. Recently read an article in FHM (fiance reads it) and on a poll it stated the following: Size 8 woman got 20% of mens votes, size 12 woman got got 41% of the vote and size 14 got 39% of the vote 🙂

    a fun way to get excersise is bike riding its fun. you get from a to b without to much expence or effort and its really good for you. xx

    Have a healthy diet and a good exercise everyday (30 mins at least) if your eating fatty food in the day and exercising your only gaining and losing, gaining and losing, so have a good diet !

    If there is a supermarket near by you could walk there in the morning to get the newspaper or at night just to buy bread and milk or you can get the groceries if you reguarly because you won`t need a great deal that way and it wont be too heavy. Its amazing how much difference just 30 or so mins of walking a day.. Also if you have a lunch break you could try exercising then and i know people who even go to the gym at lunch break.

    walking for half an hour is so easy, just after work or school go down to the beach( even if it is cold, wear something warm! ) and just walk up and down for 30 mins. take your ipod and listen to that or go with a friend or someone. i personally go for a beach walk for 30 mins a few times a week with my mom, its really good and i always feel refreshed afterwards! if not the beach then the park or maybe to the shops! skipping is really fun too:) tho i find i always get trapped and fall over in my attempts,! lol i just realised i spelt mum the american way, uh oh.

    Once I got to 26 I found it hard to lose weight. I was always naturally very skinny but now that I am older I can see the weight creeping on.
