L’Occitane Immortelle Very Precious Cream

Hey There,

Has anyone tried this cream, & if so – what’s your feedback on it?

I can purchase for half the normal price & am considering if it’s worth it… (damn my budget is getting a hammering this month!)

    This sounds like a lovely cream – I like ‘planty’-smelling creams. Thankyou for all these great posts everyone – I have this one on my list to try now! : )

    it depends how old are you and your skin type. I used the precious cream before. it smelled very good and made my skin so soft. but cream was a little bit rich…
    still it’s worth to buy at half price >.<

    I used the Precious Creme a couple of years ago and it smelled good (like crushed flowers, not sweet but very planty if that’s a word.) It felt nice but as I prefer rich face cremes I didn’t buy this again as I didn’t see any particular benefit. Perhaps if you have an oilier skin that mine it would be OK. It’s meant to have anti-ageing properites, but I didn’t notice much, but perhaps I didn’t use it long enough.

    $50 at half price is a great price if it does everything it claims. I agree it’s still a lot to spend but if the original precious cream has such great reviews with any luck the very precious cream will be at least the same quality if not a little better? Hopefully someone on bh can give you feedback & if not maybe a google search will find o/s reviews on it that might give you more info. I totally understand not wanting to buy it if it’s not going to work the way you need it too. L’occitane seem to have good quality products so maybe its worth a try.

    Thanks.

    Yes there are 2 versions of this cream;

    Precious Cream 50 ml$79.95 or

    Very Precious Cream 50 ml$109.95 – it claims: fights all signs of aging: skin disorganisation, wrinkles, loss of firmness, loss of radiance and pigmentation marks. Regenerated skin is smoother and firmer. Complexion is more even and luminous, pigmentation marks are lightened.

    I just wonder if it lives up to its own hype. At just over $50 (which is half the price than stated on their website) I still find that reeeally expensive, BUT i know it’s a good brand / quality products but still curious to know if anyone has tried it & found it worked as the company claims?
    Really don’t wanna try yet another expensive mistake purchase LOL

    I haven’t tried it yet but if its like L’occitane’s other products its most likely great and at half price probably worth trying like dancr suggests. Found some reviews, think this is the product you mean http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/products/4249-Immortelle-Precious-Cream/review
