I`m using the essence one, and I`m a complete noob and I still find it easy to use.

Maybelline master precise is really good, so is the bourjois one. They both have really thin tips and are easy to apply. In my opinion, pen liquid liners are much easier to use then the dipping ones because I have a better grip/control over it.

I completely recommend the Dolly Wink Liquid Black Eyeliner! It`s my favourite!

An alternative I`ve tried that is quite similar and more raved about is the K-Palette One Day Tattoo. But it doesn`t last quite as long before it smudges.

The Stila Stay All Day liquid liner pen took me a while to master, but now that I have I get the most precise line, and the staying power really is tremendous. The Maybelline Master Precise liner is also great!

I`ve recently found Jessie`s Girl pen liquid liner, and it is my new Holy Grail eyeliner! I am a complete dud when it comes to winged eyeliner, but using this, I get it pretty much perfect everytime!

You do need to order from the US, but the eyeliner only costs $6.99USD!

KathleenLights actually did a review on YT. Apparently it is an exact dupe for the Anastasia Pen Liner, but less than 1/4 the price!

The Rimmel Exaggerate liquid eyeliner is so good, but I find the brush is a bit thick if you want to do cat eyes and stuff, so I normally just change it over with another brush that I have and it works perfectly. It dries matte, so I wouldn`t get it if you`re looking for something with a shiny finish. But it`s great and lasts for days!

I have never had much luck with liquid eye liner. I prefer to use either a gel liner (but even that can go on a bit thick), or a pencil. However, I recently found NARS Eyeliner Stylo and it is the first liquid eyeliner that i have been able to use. The brush is very thin and the pen is very easy to use and control. it comes in 4 gorgeous shades also. Perfect for those of us who are not experts at using eyeliner (of any type). I found this at fresh fragrances and cosmetics and have been very impressed with this product so far.

They don`t have shades yet, but heres a link to a review which made me want to try this out:

I`m really hopeless when it comes to liquid liner. The only one I can kind of manage is the felt tip pen style. I`ve got Eye of Horus liquid eyeliner pen, and it`s fantastic. I find that my eyes are really sensitive to eye makeup, but I can tightline with this without any problems at all. I`ve had it for ages and it`s still going strong. I won`t hesitate to repurchase when it runs out.

Good to know, as I mentioned above, the one I purchased is waiting for me at the beauticians`.
I`m glad you mentioned about tightlining and sensitive eyes because I have them too.
Now I am looking forward to getting my hands on it.
