The previous post by edwards142 looks like spam to me, which I`ve reported.

I agree on the Lanolips, I have Sunshine and I love it. Also the recent range from Revlon, with Jessica Alba in the ads, had some nice lipstick and gloss in soft pinks, think it was called Just Naturals or something. Think there were only four shades in each, I got a lippy and a gloss with was quite creamy and a soft pretty pink without any sparkle.

If you are willing to spend that bit more then Clarins are lovely and Clinique has tonnes of pink lippies, check out some of the brilliant packs for Christmas that are already out. Terry White has some amazing Clarins deals.

I use Lanolips “”rose”” it is a really subtle natural looking pink with a glossy shine. It takes care of your lips too. I get mine from addicted 2 lip balm online. I`ve also seen them at terry white chemist.

i also use Revlon Nude Attitude and put a pink gloss on top (loreal glam shine 6H) and the result is really nice and natural..good with smokey eyes 😉 and it also lasts awhile too 🙂

I recently had some makeup applied at a makeup counter and I was wearing a deep red/berry coloured lipstick (not too thick layer) and the Sales Assistant applied a pale pink lipgloss over the top. The result was surprisingly good, I`ve been doing it myself since then. Gives your lips some base colour, and the pale gloss adds shine and stops the colour looking too matt or solid.

I recently managed to get the Dior Addict Lip Glow Color-Awakening Lip Balm for a bargain price. I love it. It reacts with your lips to given them a pink tinge with a hint of gloss/shine.

The Clarins are quite nice and they taste and smell yummy. There are three subtle shades available in Australia, a new one was just released, but I would use a lip pencil first in that perfect soft pink/nude shade and cover the whole of your lips then apply the gloss. Pencils are usually a little bit matte and heavier than lipstick so it will also last longer, just make sure your lips are nice and hydrated with a thick balm that won`t slip. That`s the way I do it anyway.

I`m so happy i found this thread because i`ve been trying to achieve that look for a while.

For me, because i have very pigmented lips, light pink lipsticks don`t show up. So i use a beige colour lipstick (Revlon Nude Attitude) or some concealer or even MAC Lip erase. Then i just top it off with bright pink lipgloss or a pink lipstick.

    Hope that helps..:D

I can`t see the kim kardash link (it`s blocked) but for a light pink glossy lip I would recommend MAC Underage lipglass… she likes Nars lipgloss in Turkish Delight but Chihuahua is also a lovely pale pink. Kim also wears MAC Angel lipstick.
