Is it true that you should not lighten your hair more than a few shades as it won’t suit you. I’m naturally a brunette and i was wanting to get my hair dyed a blonde colour.

Is it true if you use blackhead strips your skin will actually produce more oil?
I ended up going for a chocolate hair colour with lots of blonde foils but maybe another time i`ll go completely blonde.
