I Love My Dyson!!

I love it too…. one of the best things I put my money on .

Yeah I think I will ring them…..will go and find all the information when we bought it etc etc.

My parents have a Dyson which is where i first fell in love with them after using their barrel one! I have an upright which thogh took a long time to get (& was costly) is the best investment ever. No vacuum seems to clean, filter etc as well as the Dyson`s and with pets, children, allergies, etc they are a godsend! Jatz, i agree with BB, try washing or replacing the filters & also chat with the company because yours should be doing more than it is from the sounds of things. Would it till be under warranty? maybe you could explain your issues to Dyson & they could replace it for you.

Jatz yes i think you should seriously ring Dyson and get it checked out! If you have checked all the hoses and cleaned filter it should be working like a gem. What a bumer!

Hi Jatz, Sorry to hear you aren`t liking your Dyson. Have you washed the filter because this is the first thing they will get you to check (you may need to check your manual to see how to get it out). The more regularly the filter is washed the better the job it does.

I`ve got a Dyson and not happy with it at all. Am wondering if it`s a dud. I vacummed our carpet one day then a g.f came around with her new Wertheim Vacuum cleaner and wanted to try on my carpet and I go…..I just did it. She turned hers on and cleaned my carpet and all the dog hair and dirt came up. I was like ummmmmmmmm what the??????????
We did the rice test on the carpet, used mine and it flicked the rice all over the place and picked up some but we used the G.f`s and hers just picked it all up in one go. Mine`s not blocked either, have checked all the hoses, always washes filter etc.
I have one of the barrel ones and find that I am always having to brush out the inside of the barrel every time I Vacuum.

Seriously going to ring up Dyson and ask why.

I have the Dyson Dc19 one of the barrels ones. But im thinking of getting one of the hand held ones too. Could come in handy cleaning the car!
Scentsation my husbands boss have this circular vac that goes around the house by its self and cleans!! Under the beds and all! Have you heard of it? Its probaly only about 60cm wide.

I have a Dyson, also Kylie. I got it a $100 cheaper than the sale price, because it had the wrong price tag on it. They still had to sell it to me for that price. Yes, I love it, too. If only it did it all on its own…

Hi Kylie 85 -I have an upright Dyson and LOVE IT. Had it about 4 years and wouldn`t have anything else. I showed 4 friends over the years and they all bought one within one week of me showing them. I want commission ………….. ha ha ha : )
