Humidifier

I’ve heard these are good to have in your room at night in winter to keep your hair and skin in good condition. Has anyone used one? Do they help or make any difference?
One of my concerns with having it in my room is if the moisture creates a wet or damn smell in the carpet or linen or clothes?

I don’t know Petal, 38 posts is a lot for a spammer. I’m not sure.

I just wanted to comment and share what benefits i got from using a humidifier or an aroma diffuser , i have dry skin and chapped lips sometimes esp if its winter so i usually put lotion or lip balm or shea butter and it helps but i just noticed when i started to use an aroma diffuser (particularly ion138) it gave back the moist in my skin, it gives healthy amount of moisture in the air too. Just maintain a 30 to 40 percent indoor humidity level during the winter months will be good both for your skin and lips.

I’ve never used a humidifier. If they do help protect skin and hair in Winter though, I’d be interested too to know more.
