How To Get Rid of Scars

ive never used it myself but they reckon bio oil is really good for lighting scars, i never heard a bad word about it.

I used bio-oil on my body for old scars,stretch marks as well as acne scaring on my face and is is good. However I have been using rose hip oil on my face for almost 4 weeks now and it is sooo much better. I buy TRILOGY which is alot more expensive than bio-oil for the size but you only need a few drops and I have used mine every night for my entire face and neck and still have 2 thirds of a bottle left. Hope you find whaat you need 🙂

I WOULD DEFINATELY USE BIO OIL. It is so cheap but works really well. My daughter has some scars around her mouth from putting her teeth through her lips when she was a toddler. She uses it 3-4 times a week and they have improved quite a bit.

Hey there, I have had three operations which have left me with a scar on my tummy and anotherone from the base of my neck to my hips. I have tried may products for fading scars and the best one i have ever used is ‘Palmers Cocoa Butter Scar Serum with vitamin E’. This product works wonders and personally i believe it is so much better then bio oil or rosehip oil as I have tried both. You should be able to get it in pharmacy or online for about $15 although its only 30ml it lasts quite a long time and you dont need much as it spreads easily. Remember put it on at least 3 mins before you go to bed so it can dry in and you dont get it on your sheets.

My top suggestions for you would be to buy some vitamin e capsules- ones that usually take-= and break them open=put them onto your skin- rubbing in twice a day.
Vitamin e would be one of the only products that absorbs into your skin and penetrates into deeper layers.
The vitamin e in the capsules is a higher dose.

ive been thinking of trying bio-oil. ive seen the ad and went on their site and it seems good. and a good price as well. and melmeko i tried searching for it in the search post thing and i didnt really find anything that was related to getting rid of scars. maybe i wasnt searching properly i dont know. 🙂 thanks for helping by the way melmeko and snazzie. xxx
