how to demolish *ACNE* for good

well, i have tried soo many products and nothing seems to work quite well. i have moderate acne, combination skin. i.e dry with oily t-zone.

so far ive tried: Clearisil, clean & clear, neutrogina, tenosix, proactiv, anti-biotic gel from my doctor and so many more…

if anyone has tried anything except for these products which has worked for them please let me know. also how long it takes to see results and price point etc.

im still fighting against acne too, i have inherited acne so its much worst but its now moderate which is so much better!
I was only roaccutance but it was called accutane instead.
It does have its side effects and i cant go back on it anymore since i got a number a health problems from it. It did improve my acne but not entirely unfortunely.
It does have a link to depression, i felt very sad from time to time and i got sore joints, i was walking retartedly haha.
anyway then i developed hemipigic migranes which i dont think was associated but it looks bad though.
Im probaley going to start using dematogica, everyone seems to use it and what have i got to lose using it? ive used every product ever so why not try another?

I think I have the ointment, but not sure exactly how the cream would work either because like the ointment they provide a barrier on the skin to protect the babies skin so it actually sits on top of your skin, which is why it works so well for nappy rash. Interesting though it might be ok to apply on spots but I wouldn`t try it myself unless I had had some positive feedback from someone who had successful results 🙂

I think you are supposed to use the nappy rash cream one.

I am not sure about it being pore clogging even though it is very thick and greasy as I imagine if it is formulated for babies, it should be safe and non-clogging for baby skin so who knows?

I use this cream on my kids nappy rash and it works pretty much overnight on that. I wouldn`t ever put it on my face at all but I have used it successfully on chafe. The reason I wouldn`t put it on my face because it is thick like a balm, and yellow in colour (if we are talking about the same one, aparently there are two types of bepanthen) it would really clog my pores and give my already oily skin and overload of excess grease. Still you never know, might work on someone with extreme acne, at least it isn`t drying like some treatments, lol.
