how sad

how can i make him do the shopping with my money?
i doubt that
i hate what he buys and 1/2 the time it is crap or what he likes
not what i like. at least if i do it i know that i a purchasing the right stuff… and it is actually food and not junk food!
i cannot justify buying take out it costs 1/3 if i make it myself, and with a baby on the way
i dont wish to just flutter my money away like that.

Sharna, after work go home! Make hubby do the shopping! Don`t worry about the house work….it will still be there. Have a relaxing weekend starting from when you get home. Order in take in (no need to cook tea) and stay in your pjs all weekend watching movies and having girlie times to yourself! It worked for me when I was pregnant. This is going to be the last time you can have some me time before bubs is here! Just don`t forget to look after yourself and have time out for you!

Blackdiamond thanks I have two kids aged 15 months and three months. Having kids has been the hardest thing I have ever done. I have not been out since my first was born, coz kids are very demanding. But worth it at the end of the day. Enjoy your good night sleeps now Sharna, coz they will be few and far btween when your new addition arrives.

unfortunately no… he is pretty poor in that department
alas he is working over the weekend (has tuesday wednesday off)
and has a car to work on and is going out saturday night with the boys
i hope to at least get a full night sleep this weekend!

Relax and try for the weekend Sharna…sounds like you really need some pampering…get the hubby to do the clothes washing…he can do his own..lol

then have to do the food shopping
cook dinner
2 loads of washing and clean the bathroom and the floors…

Sharna nothing like being hormonal to have a good cry. Just be careful as it does get tiring crying all the time though. As for the baby shower, too bad soo sad for all the people that cant make it on the day you choose! This is one thing you can control and should, as the last time I checked once you have kids, everything revolves around them. This is your day and your time, just enjoy getting spoilt!
