yeah that`s fine go for it. it`s up to you if you want to use all of those elements, they were just suggestions really.
i`d probably go for something like, pawpaw, pineapple and banana as a combination with the yoghurt. it depends on how much you need too. pawpaw can be pretty active so use a little less maybe, especially if they have sensitive skin.
you could use strawberries too but they`re a little more exxy and the pineapple will smell better if you use pawpaw.
maybe try 1 cup of mushed pawpaw, 1 cup pineapple (mushed or pureed) 1 – 2 bananas and 500gm – 750 gm yoghurt. have a crack at home first on a scaled down level and see how that goes.
