Home made miracles

Anyone got any ideas for easy, cheap and fabulous home-made beauty and skin-care products?

Here’s my lip scrub (which costs $30 in the shops)
Mix salt, white sugar, ground up cinnamon and chilli and vaseline and put it all into a little jar. Use it 1-2 times a week for soft, luscious lips. The cinammon and chilli add a tingle (or a sting if you use too much chilli!) to inflate your lips – great for a night out. And the whole things smells fantastic!

Body scrub
Mix sugar, honey and olive oil and put it all into a jar. The sugar adds granules to exfoliate, the honey keeps it all together and adds a beautiful smell, and the olive oil keeps your skin hydrated. It’s cheap, easy, effective and totally edible! Use caster sugar to turn it into a face scrub (I find that normal white sugar is a bit too coarse for the face)
