HELP! Best Make Up Brush Sets

Hey all, I am new on here – and LOVING IT! And I just have a qucik question.
I am an aspiring make up artist and I know how important a good brush set is but I also know you don’t have to spend a fortune to buy one. So what I want to know is, in your opinions, what are the best brush sets and good value?

Thanks guys! xo

I don’t really own any sets since I think it’s more economical to just buy the individual brushes you need. Sets always seem to be inferior in quality to individual brushes and contain a number of brushes that you don’t need/won’t use. I have mostly individual brushes by Ecotools, Everyday Minerals and Coastal Scents.

Ive been meaning to buy some brushes for my make up as i only have one NP brush. I saw a set at priceline. It was a nude by nature brush set for $30. I considered buying a stack of model prefer brushes, but the nude by nature has them all in one box so it just seems simplier. Has anyone tried tried NBN brushes? What do you think of them?

I am wanting to get some Sigma Brushes myself. I believe they had a huge discount during those Black Friday sales they have in the US. Can you wait for the next one?

I don’t think the Discount was huge just mainly free shipping. There may be a salel soon. If its like sales here the next big one will be tax time. Not sure when that is in the USA.

I agree with those who say Sigma!
Shipping is a bit of a pain (waiting and price..) but the value is good.

Girls as a makeup artsit of 10 years i swore by natural fibres though i was introduced to the synthestic brushes for free so i gave them a go well i have found are awesome. I use and love Arbonnes Swiss brushes which are $50 aus for 10 in a clutch or $25 for a 5 brush travel set. For powder it does get a bit harder to find a good synthetic brush. They pick up the pigment hold then alow you to shade and blend so easlily. With synthetic you do need to wash more often as you start to feel a residue if used one time too many! With foundation you can use any synthetic brush of any brand i have found them all to work the same i have actualy fallen in love with the stipling brush for a flawless foundation finish.
