I have been researching stretch mark remedies for alittle while now as i have started to develope stretch marks from being pregnant with my second child. I have been using Bio Oil and Palmers cocoa butter, but i am not sure that they have prevented stretch marks as I have noticed some now that Iam in my 9th month.
I have just read about a new product from Babor which is supposed to help prevent stretch marks but also fade away old ones.
    The Babor website is
http://www.babor.com.au ( body line thermal – regenerating body lotion)
I am trying to get hold of this product so I can give it a go, hopefully it will help!

thanks Elmo & thesmelloftrees, much appreciated! Stretch marks lower my self-esteem because its on my inner thighs and in summer whenver is it down crossed legged its so noticable and i get body concious, stretch marks apprently come when you lose weight right?well i`m 43kgs and have been this weight for a long time, i think they appeared from now where! lol

I have stretch marks on my butt. -sighs- I`m banking on them fading away. XD I don`t even know how I lost that weight. (about 10kg over a time frame) >.>

I got a sample of Palmer`s moisturiser, and omg I smelt like chocolate after putting it on. And it feels like butter, really! Haha. It`s quite nice but gets a bit overpowering..XD (my hands still smell like it after last night…)

I`ve got stretch marks on my thighs too! But my weight hasn`t fluctuated.. I`ve stayed on 51ish for a while now. Maybe I have poor circulation I might try dry brushing as someone suggested?

Stretch marks are from the weight fluctuating up and down, and due to pregnacy as well.
Your can never eliminate them, they usually fade on their own from red to silvery white lines.
They can`t be `fixed` as the underlying tissue has been `snapped` beyond its capacity.

I use Trilogy Organic Rosehip oil (Myer, Chemists, health food shops) There are heaps of different ones around though.

Rose hip oil is the best!

Vitamin E oil 100% works really well far better than vitamin e cream and palmers cocoa butter. Or rosehip oil also is good.
