Having trouble accessing product reviews?

Hi BH Team
I’ve been trying to access product reviews for the Dr Le Winns Synergise and Dove ranges but when I click on each link all I can see is the Dove Foaming Makeup Remover ad at the top of the screen? I’ve tried holding down Alt or Ctrl in case it’s a pop up problem but this doesn’t seem to work either. Is anyone else having the same issue?

    The second link is now loading properly for me (all content is there) but the first one is still blank.

    Hi, I have our tech guys working on this as we speak. Here’s the reply I posted in another thread on this same topic. Can anyone access the pages by typing the URL in direct?

    Hi there,
    Can I ask that when you are having techie issues can you let us know what computer you’re using (pc or mac) and what browser and version (i.e. Firefox v 4 / Internet Explorer 6). This will help us rectify the problem faster.

    No luck typing the links in either. Other than the top masthead, the entire page is still blank. The only difference that typing in the URL made was that it took forever to ‘load’.

    Hi BH could you please look into this as a lot of us are having trouble entering the April comp – I have Internet Explorer 6/PC and cant access any reviews for Dove, Dr Lewinns etc.

    I have had trouble with the site all day today as well. I thought it was a gremlin in my laptop but given that you have had a problem as well, it might be the BH site. Oh well, hope it is fixed soon.

    well glad its not just me then, i thought it might be my internet or something but it was only with bh… yes i really hope they fix the problem and fix up the multiple reviews i seem to have posted

    is bh having troubles today???

    its been really slow for me and no other internet site has been..
    also i tried submitting a product review and after a very long time it had like 7 of that one i had submitted… is there a way to delete product reviews or something…
    also the error page keeps showing up so its taken me a long time to try and write this…

    Thanks BH for providing this avenue to contact you about tech issues. Great idea. I have had an issue with reading product reviews for Plunkett’s advanced instant wrinkle filler. It says there are 16 reviews and I see less than 16. I was concerned that my review as a trial team member has not been posted on the site although I completed and posted my review on the weekend. I noticed other trial members have their reviews posted (not all though). Just wanted to check that all is okay with my review but also why some reviews appear to be missing from the 16. (My computer is a laptop PC with Microsoft Windows and I use Google Chrome as my browser)

    Thanks gemo, it seems to let me find the product easily enough but when I click on say ‘ 22 product reviews’ to read the reviews the page goes blank with the ad at the top?
