Vivalicious, nuts are good for you but consume them 2 to 3 days a week is enough because you get all you fat goodies in other products etc fish and some can be quite high in salt.
In my bag I have either a chocolate bar or chewing gum or any type of bar (museli, nuts sesame etc.)

Just a quick question to everyone who pack nuts for your snack. do you guys opt for all natural with no salt, or do you guys pack the roasted and salted nuts? I am trying t start taking some nuts in my bag. they are yum. But can you consume them everyday? As nuts are high in fats too

I always pack mints, tic tacs and gum in my bag. There is nothing worse than walking around with smelly breath so mints are a life saviour!
