I wash my hair with Redken All Soft Shampoo & Heavy Cream (treatment) approximately 3 times per week (always at night). Then I put in in a hair towel for about 20 minutes to absorb some of the moisture, then apply Redken Extreme Anti-snap treatment and Joico Straightening Balm and blow dry my hair straight using a paddle brush until its 80% dry, then section it and dry it completely with a round brush. I quickly run the GHD over it, then its usually off to bed! Then in the morning I section it and completely straighten with the GHD. Usually leave it out about 3 days a week at work, the other times I have a high pony with abit of backcombing at the crown, or a messy-ish bun. I wear alot of headbands too. On the weekends I will curl my hair with the GHD or use hot rollers for something different. I would love to try different hair styles but I never seem to have any time.. I spend 20-30 minutes on my hair every morning as it is, plus the 30+mins I spend blow drying each time I wash it… sucks to have wavy/frizzy & dry hair!
