Good service from Bobbi Brown at David Jones Bourke St

I just wanted to share a good experience I had today at the Bobbi Brown counter at David Jones Bourke St VIC. I actually went there to redeem a voucher for a mascara, and although they didn’t have that sample, the Sales Asst gave me a sample of a Metallic Eyeshadow instead. That encouraged me to look at their eyeshadows and then the Sales Asst offered to do my makeup. She spent about half an hour on me redoing my whole make up until I found shades I liked. In the end I decided to buy just one eyeshadow and was invited to attend a demonstration session at the launch of their next products. I didn’t catch the name of the Sales Asst, btu she must be new because she had a badge on her shirt saying ‘Visitor’.
