Good makeup removers??
I currently use a garnier eye makeup remover but its far too oily to use all over my face, does anyone know any in-expensive all-over face makeup removers that are like liquid form and I can use on like a cotton pad or whatever? Like a cleanser? Sorry if this is confusing haha. And I dont mean makeup-remover wipes 🙂
Thanks guys! xo

Hey Beauties
I am after a new Makeup Removing type creamy cleanser???
I currently use Clinique and have Combination Oily skin and am sick of just using my Clinique twice.
Was wondering what products you lovely Beauties would recommend for me to use first on my made up face before rinsing it off in the shower and then washing with my Clinique Liquid Soap wash.
I was wondering about QV Face Wash which I have used before and liked????
Thanks 🙂
Hi Flaming – I use Neutrogena’s Fresh Foaming Cleanser ($12) for my first cleanse. No idea why it’s taken me so long to discover it, but it’s fab – takes off all my long-wear foundation, plus it’s gentle, non-drying and smells lemony fresh. and then I cleanse with my Skin Doctors T-Zone 🙂

Clinique’s makeup remover is fabulous as is the Estee Lauder one I have.
Unfortunately I’m sick of getting the cotton ball wisps in my eye that I use to load up the remover. The brand SIMPLE has a lovely makeup remover wipe which I go through really fast and now that the beauties on this site have recommended these wips for cleaning my brushes I’m buy 2 packs a fortnight haha.

I am very similar to Katek in that I use Bioderma for my eyes and another cleanser to remove the remaining makeup. I am currently using Avene Extremely Gentle Cleanser, which is similar to Cetaphil but I much prefer it. It is a waterless cleanser which you apply to your face and tissue off – however you could also wash it off if you prefer. The thing I like about it is its not overly creamy and it does a super job at removing foundation, concealer etc.
I have used QV Face Wash in the past and it is a great cleanser, but I personally prefer to use MooGoo Milk Wash to wash my face after removing makeup. =)

Thanks KateK
Yeah I use a Clinique Eye Makeup Remover first then usually jump in the shower and double cleanse with my Liquid Soap.
But I have been thinking about finding a cheaper alternative and being able to do a nice creamy makeup removing cleanse before my Liquid Soap.
So KateK you use QV Face Wash as a basic cleanser and makeup removing cleanser???
Thanks 🙂
Yes – I just use the QV Gentle Wash that comes in a 1 litre bottle to remove my makeup.

Cetaphil! I cleanse twice with it. Once to get rid of makeup and then a second to actually cleanse my skin. You can buy it in liquid form or in a bar (like soap).
I find the Maybelline eye makeup remover to be good.

I use QV face wash with my Clarisonic and love it. Prior to me getting the Clarisonic I used it on it’s own and have probably been using it for more than 10 years. I don’t use it to remove my eye makeup – I use Bioderma for that.

I’ve been using Nude by Nature’s makeup remover. It’s based on jojoba and a couple of others oil but isn’t oily. I use it on my eyes or to get rid of makeup in a hurry, but usually I use Dermalogica Precleanse which is far pricer (but lasts forever). The NBN is nice though.

I’m using AUM Brightening Milk Cleanser at the moment and it’s lovely. It smells amazing and after a good 60 sec massage with this cleanser, ALL my makeup is removed. Even my waterproof mascara.
