I’ve been hearing things about free delivered post in the mail. What’s the deal with this?
Does it only apply to letters, or is it to parcels as well?

The posties have gone ‘on strike’ and are letting through things without stamps, I guess it probably more applies to letters, the official word is better safe than sorry, and put a stamp on 🙂
