Foundation turns orange….?

Ok this might sound a bit strange but…
I have tried soooo many foundations and of late I am noticing something strange. When purchasing my foundation the colour always looks ok in the store and also when applying. After a few hours though my foundation turns a very orange colour on my skin and looks like I am wearing a very heavy makeup. I use primer (Laurier Mercier at the moment) and I always powder. I don’t know whats going on and I hate coming home, thinking I looked ok and then catching my reflection in the mirror – and seeing an oompa loompa!!! Has anyone else encountered this? I have heard that foundation turns darker on oily skin (my skin type) but it turns very orange lately and it’s very frustrating as I have baught 3 new foundations in the hope that it was just the product im using.
If the rest of my skin care could be the cause – here is what I use: I use the dermalogica mattifier (although I didn’t use that today – still turned orange so I dont think it makes a difference!) and the dermalogica oil control moisturiser. Primer – I have been using Laura Mercier lately. Powder – id minerals mineral veil and sometimes the mineral foundation also or – MAC mineralise powder.
The foundations I have used lately are: Revlon Color stay for oily/combo skin, maybelline minerals liquid foundation, maybelline dream matte mousse liquid version and the estee lauder long wearing one… cant remember the name.
If anyone knows anything about why my makeup might be turning orange I’d love to hear it!!!

Hi guys! I really empathise with your colour-changing products! I understand because there is one particular brand out there that reacts with my skin with regards to their lip products! Every lippy colour I try on of theirs I get a strong, bright pink effect! It`s pretty bad but I now know that it just must be something in their formulation reacting to my lips as no other brands do this to me!

Changing brands may be the only option! Hope this helps!
