I love the Rimmel liquid eyeliner! I think its called Exaggerate Eyeliner, I got the one in absolute brown which is a very dark brown even though I have black/brown hair, the eyeliner wouldnt look to heavy on my eyes like black would as it can make your eyes look smaller.
I really recommend it! and its the only liquid eyeliner I use!

Sorry, this might not be related to liquid eyeliner. But for those who love eyeliner, maybe try a gel liner as they are sooo much better, doesnt flake and for some, such as the bobbi brown gel liner or mirenesse gel liner, they dont smudge at all, especially on oily eyelid. love love it!

If you would like to buy a great liquid eyeliner that is VERY cheap and works wonders, go to sports girl! you will be amazed at how good the products they have are!

I am actually using the Artliner myself 🙂
But next I am going to try L’Oreal Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid liner. I’ve heard that it’s as good as Lancome but a lot cheaper..LOVE my L’oreal Linuer Intense, hands up for easy application and perfect wings! No smudges or smears either.
Downfalls: It does flake and move quite a bit but a makeup spray will set it for ages 🙂 It also may be a bit runny for some but i love the jet black color, still 🙂 -

It is excellent I always go back to it! Another good one if you really don’t want to spend to much is believe it or not the BYS liners.

Rimmel’s good. i bought it when i first tried liquid, and i wanted to practise alot with a cheap product, but now i like it more than the lancome artliner! it doesn’t smudge, even though it’s quite wet and it’s so easy to use.

I’m a fan of the felt tip liquid eyeliners.
I have a thin and thick felt tip in black and the brand is LA girl.
Another liner I like is the gel type. For me they are easier to manage than a liquid.I have gel liners by Napoleon and Stila.
I used to have a Nutrimetics liquid liner that was OK but that was years ago and they may not even make them anymore. I think the trick to using liquid liner is to be bold and just draw the line relatively quickly and then leave your eye closed till it dries?
