flaky t-zone

My skin flares up when when there is pollen etc in the air.The worst part is the flakiness on my t-zone especially my nose.I apply sigmacort and moisutrisers but I have to be careful because of oiliness. Before I apply my foundation I have to scrub off the flakes with a buff puff before I apply foundation or it really catches.Even then it is still obvious but red also and I can only apply a light coat of foundation when my skin is like this.
Does anyone have any advice?

Oils are fine for oily skin people, but remember if trying essential oils then you must dilute them in a carrier oil, also be aware the oils can sometimes irritate skin further. I agree with Elmo, you should really see someone about this, trying various products could only make it worse. I know you mentioned you have seen someone but you need to make it clear to them that their previous advise was not beneficial and you are still suffering, definately try a Beauty Therapist, they really know what they are talking about and they will not recommend Cetaphil for you, instead they will devise a skincare regime especially for you skin concerns and hopefully you will then be able to get to the bottom of this. I also recently found out from a BT how bad it was phisically scrubbing my skin, I now have to avoid exfoliators at all costs 🙂

Well using the moo goo scalp cream on my haitline was tricky but helped a bit but using it on my face-which according to the dermatologist is the same condition hasn`t hurt but it has made much difference so back to the drawing board 🙁
What oils are you refering too nicelegs and how would an oily skinned person go with them.
    What else can i try?

That`s a common allergic reaction that you are getting from the pollen, I would stay away from cortisone (steriod) and anti-histamines (can become dependent on it). The pollen may be aggravating an eczema condition causing your skin to flake. Essential oils can help
