Finding the right makeup academy

Hi everyone, my name is Tel and I’m new to these forums 🙂

I live in Adelaide and I’m planning on attending one of two makeup academies in Adelaide City. The problem is I’m not sure which one and I’m wondering if there’s anyone that has attended either

Colour Cosmetica
OR
Media Makeup

Any feedback would be a huge help to me 🙂

Its essential to do an accredited course, otherwise you`ll find it harder to gain employment. Its usually more expensive but worth it in the long run – you know you are getting a quality education that is run under proper guidelines.
I suggest googling both courses/providers and go and speak to them. Ask to see student feedback and folio`s, and ask about their credentials – where do students go for work experience, do you get to do real work experience say at fashion shows or TV sets etc.

Cant tell you where to go but I can advise that you go for an accredited course.
There is a big difference from say a cert 2 course onward compared to just a course.
Both will teach you a lot and the non certified can be good, but the certified course will teach you more hygienic ways of doing everything and you have an official qualification at the end of it
