    olive oil sounds really interesting!
i`ve been lathering on heaps of vaseline then wearing thin socks before i sleep
it really works and the moisture is locked in for at least the whole day
make sure you scrub the dead skin off your heels before your apply so the skin can absorb the vaseline without the dead skin layer blocking it!

I get rough heels easily so I get my foot spa out and keep my feet in there for a few minutes. Then put my feet in a bucket filled with warm water and some radox. It should be soft at this point and I then get the foot scrub out. After this I put tea tree lotion on my feet with a sock over them.

Best thing to do is to soak them in warm water for like 20 mins or so, let them soften up, then use a foot scrub and massage the scrub all over your feet, then take them out and get a pedi paddle to scrub away any remaining rough patches of skin, then massage some heavy duty moisturiser onto them – and chuck a pair of socks on over the top to intensify the moisturisation. If you do that on a regular basis your feet will always be smooth and soft! Wow I need to take my own advice here! lol

i find minty foot lotions to be great for refreshing tired feet, Aveda does a really great one, it`s nice and rich and creamy but non sticky. The body shop does a foot gel which is pretty good too.

tea tree lotion is great for the skin. I use it for my feet then put socks on. Do this overnight and your feet will feel nice and smoothe

I`m obsessed with keeping my feet look great, in summer I wear open shoes as much as possible and swim in the sea as much as I can.
Sea minerals are great all rounder for the skin and the sand supports the removal of dead skin.
If you can afford to invest in a foot spa they are relatively cheap around the $20 mark for a basic one which is fine. Soak your feet for 1/2hr adding some peppermint drops to the water and a foot soak product. I use wash Spa products, (most large department stores and priceline sell these and other products too!) I use this one for the yummy scent.
I buff dry my feet an hour after the soak which is easier than immediately after for me. Then apply a home massage oil consisting of 5 drops of neroli and 2 of lavendar into a carrier oil and massage into my feet and ankles well.

This keeps my feet supple looking fantabulous, is even better if your partner does the massaging.

hey there, always use a sandstone first to take off any dead skin this helps smooth the surface . Give your feet a good soak in any foot soak i like avon`s double foot soak leaves feet skilky and smooth then i like to use alot of sorbolene cream morning and night helps soften your feet and leave them nice and moistured. Avoid not wearing shoes anywhere even if its outside. hope this helps you can also use a pepermint foot spray to cool your feet and if it has oil even better.
