Favourite Song + Band/Artist :)

Yep, same with me! Can`t stand rap, apparently, early 90`s rap is really good, but i don`t think its the genre for me.

I do like the odd techno here and there. Animal Collective and IAMX are some electronic bands I like, but i agree i also hate those repetitice songs, like that one that goes “”do what you saaaay, * something something * meant weeeell””. I also can`t stand Autotune. It`s unbelievable how many of those songs on the radio are autotuned. Whenever I`m at my friend`s and she has the radio on, its just Autotuned voices everywhere.

Yep Blissful.Asian music is great, the only stuff I don`t like is full on rap and not really a fan of repetitive dance or pop. You know what I mean, the songs that go for four minutes but contain the same twenty words over and over and over. Not a huge country fan either although there is some OK stuff floating around out there.

Thought of some more stuff I love, Angus & Julia Stone, Bat For Lashes, Evanescence, Jimmy Eat World, Dido, Third Eye Blind, Barenaked Ladies, Snow Patrol & U2.

I would have to say my taste is very broad too, but not really deeply rooted in anything. I was brought up on classical music and musicals, basically. As I got older my taste changed to rock and post-rock. But then there`s so many different sub-genres of rock! I like progressive, alternative and classic rock especially. Don`t like punk though, including pop punk :/ But you just can`t go wrong with Pink Floyd or Queens of the Stone Age

My ipod is almost full T.T but there is just so much music in the world 😀

I have too many to list as I have very eclectic taste, love rock and grunge stuff especially from the 90s like Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Bush,Placebo, Metallica, The Offspring but also love Sound Garden and Chris Cornell`s solo music plus Linkin Park, Matchbox 20 and similar stuff.

Also love softer music from artists like Sarah McLachlan, Loreena McKennet, Sade and even Enya.

Love The Beatles, Queen, The Eagles and other classic bands.

Then there`s the great 80`s music from Tears For Fears, Simple Minds, The Cure, The Clash (70s/80s)…

When it comes to classical one of my faves is Grieg, the Pier Gynt Suite is brilliant, love that style of program music.

I`ll have heaps more to add as I almost always have music playing.

I`m really feeling Iron & Wine lately, I must highly recommend you all have a listen to `Boy With A Coin`. Such a chill out song without being Jack Johnson-y, no offence to anyone out there who likes him haha.
