False eyelashes??

I bought some 1000 hour eyelishes (strip) and unfortunately, I had a lot of difficulty applying them. I used the tweezers but I couldn’t seem to apply them along my lash line. Do any of you beauties use false eyelashes/have any tips on how to apply them? Or have any of you experienced a similar problem? xx

i bought this eyelash applicator clip on ebay for a dollar or close to that.
You put your eyelashes in this applicator and use the clip and bring your eyelash to your eyes.
my fingers always got sweaty trying to carefully put them on. this helps a treat!

I use my fingers to grip the lashes – i find it easier than tweezers – i also use my fingers when applyng them to clients as well ( hands are cleaned first)

Hi, i have some tips for you make sure you

*wait 20-30 seconds to let the glue get tacky so it doesn’t slide around your eye lid.
    * apply a bit more to the corners because that’s where is will come off first
    * hold the eyelashes in the middle gently, using your fingers or tweezers to apply.
    * use a magnifying mirror on a stand, because having a closer view and looking down into the mirror can help too.
    * stick down the middle first then adjust the corners, and lightly press it down to make sure it’s sticking properly and it’s blending in with your natural lashes.
    * make sure you are sticking the lashes on your skin and not on top of your eyelashes

I hope these tips help =)

Great tips, thought i might add if its possible to lean your elbow on a flat surface whikle your doing it can balance out and ‘shaking’ you may experience. Also can stress enough how much easier it is with a magnified mirror.

It takes practice but persevere with it…

I find it easier if I cut the eye lashes into thirds and apply them separately. 🙂

get some one else to do it for you?

Having someone else do it is a good idea. I’ve never put them on with tweezers, I think it would be easier with fingers.
