Fake Tan that won’t come off in the pool

Hi
I am about to go on holidays soon and I am lilly white, does anyone know of a fake tanning product that won’t come off whilst I’m playing with my kids in the pool???
Please help I think if I go ala natural I will scare off the other hotel guests….

I think style queen is right – chlorine does interfere with the fake tan. I think if you just jump in and out and rinse off afterwards you should be fine – obviously the longer you spend soaking in the water, the longer the chlorine has to break down your fake tan!

    Hi Donnydo,
I fake tan all the time and have never had it come off in the pool. I usually use a Dove gradual tanner which I find fades naturally. It may not be the pool taking off your tan, i find that drying off with a towel is the quickest way to rub off fake tan, as the rubbing action kind of exfoliates your skin. Try air drying or being very gentle with your towel, moisturise as often as you can, even when you jump out of the pool and this should help extend your fake tans life.

It wont come off completely but the chlorine will make it come off a lot faster. A tip is to fake tan more than a week before going in- if it is a spray tan that is. I am not 100 percent sure, but i think most gradual tanners would be safe to wear in the pool or sea. They will most likely just fade really quick but like i said i am not 100 percent sure.
