eww my feet need some tlc

My feet and nails arent in very good shape,
anybody know of any tips to do a DIY pedi?
product ideas aswell

    oh also! if your looking for a cheap, but effective moisturisaer for sore tootsies. try nivea cream, or vaseline even. massage into your soles and put socks on before you got te sleep. wake up with soft feet!

    I`m sure this isn`t a problem with you, but jsut a reminder to not file the edges of your nails down as it causes in grown nails. Also file in only one direction to stop splitting!

    I got sent this stuff from beaty heaven the other day its palmers cocoa butter foot magic, my mum has really bad feet so i gave it to here and it works a treat!! Her feet when from all hard and lumpy, to smooth and soft

    fristly remove any nail polish with remover, start off by soaking them in a hot bath this makes the dead skin loosen up, towel dry then get a pumice rock and scrub away the dead skin rise, get a cuticle stick and remove the dead skin around nails and push back the cuticles, you can buy foot scrubs buy one and use it i think manicare has a good one, rise and dry fully, add a moisteriser and let it siak in add a polish of your choice then top it off with a clear varnish, then presto perfect tootsies
