Thanks anyway Elmo, I will try emailing BH, didn`t actually think of that!! I finally got an email back from Essie, with details of a salon in the CBD, but when I rang them, they don`t have the cream, only the polish, damn.

I know, it`s so frustrating. I also sent an email to the Australian Importer last night and guess what – no reply from them either… Why bother promoting your product if no one knows where to buy it!?
While I`m on the subject, I sent an email to Palmer`s last Sunday (5th Oct) and still nothing from them- so disappointing because I love their product, but it really makes me not want to buy it… not happy:(

I don`t understand why people/businesses have such poor customer service!

Thanks Beautybee, I had a look at this site but they want $10 postage, so it would be better for my wallet if Mum could just get me some in Melb! She will be in the CBD and is also going to Victoria Gardens shopping centre. I have rang the contact number for stockists, but they gave me another number to call, which is going straight to message bank. Who`d have thought it would be so hard to buy hand cream…lol
