Epilar System?

I came across a salon that used a form of permanent hair removal without the use of machines when i was up at Queensland on a holiday. It was called the Epilar system and involves the application of two different gels to the intended area straight after getting waxed. I was just wondering if anyone had heard of this or gotten it done. I didn’t get it done because i didn’t have enough growth to get waxed at the time but i really want to try it. Apparently 20% of the hair never grows back after just the first treatment!! =O
