Also if you’re really feeling that lethargic, you may need to have some blood tests done just to make sure. You may be low in Iron or Vit D, both of these can make you feel tired.

It’s important to be eating a balanced diet in terms of your energy needs, in all the nutrients your body requires can come from the food you eat rendering those sometimes expensive supplements unnecessary!
if for some reason you can not get all your nutrients from food(vegetarian, food preference etc) you should see your GP before supplementing especially for vitamins A, D, E and K (fat soluble, can be poisonous in large amounts)
And lastly i would like to stress the importance of iron to energy levels, if you aren’t getting enough iron you will feel fatigued and irritable (as i found out when i became anaemic)
sorry for the long comment, it was a good thread! 🙂 -

Drink lots of water and eat lots of healthy foods. If I exercise regularly my energy levels are higher. I’ve tried berocca and it doesn’t do anything for me

I used to feel so flat not too long ago until i started taking cenovis multivitamin, fish oil and a Mega B vitamin every day plus an iron tablet around that time of month and i have increased my water intake, since this change my energy levels have increased incredibly, i could keep up with my busy days.
I do need more water intake!!!! Also mum keeps giving me these expensive vitamin b tablets she takes….says it helps her but they smell so bad i put them in the laundry as i h8 the smell hahahaha dont tell her!
Hahaha trust me hun, your mum is right, i know they smell terrible but they are so good for you. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses a day, does great things for the whole body plus it helps with vitamin adsorbtion. Also a little bit of exercise helps aswell, even when you cant be bothered it makes a load of difference Hope you feel better soon hun.
I just had a couple of glasses of water … plus i vacuumed and mopped the whole house which i quiet large so i got a decent amt of excercise….plus i did alot of running around this morning! 😀 i having a bit of down time whilst bubz still having a nap and ill slowly amp myself up for her haha she is always full of beans!

To keep your energy levels high I think you need a healthy lifestyle so good foods, good night’s sleep, positive thoughts/energy and exercise.
