E-one

I am thinking of purchasing the E-one but still haven’t made up my mind if it’s worth it as it’s expensive. All the reviews seem great but the last review was 5 months ago and it would be great to hear how the results are several months after using the E-one. I’m sure results would be different for every person as we all have different hair but I would like to know if hair is minimising or close to having no hair at all after several sessions. Any further information would be great. Thanks

They will never work as well as a salon quality model but the difference is you may only need 3-5 sessions in a salon while the at home one may take much longer because they’re just not the same strength. The $70,000 model is built to work all day every day for some time while the at home models are really built for one person and occassional use. Cheaper models have a reputation for breaking down. The heads on the salon models are replaced every 100,000 zaps I think my beautician said, this is for her machine other salons sometimes keep going until the head is dead which means some people aren’t getting the powerful effective zaps that others get. Depending on how much of your body you want to use it on it may be cheaper to have it done in a salon especially with so many deals around on groupon etc. It’s probably a good idea to get IPL in a salon once so you can see the results and compare it to the e-one if you purchase it.

Having said that it would be awesome to have an at home IPL device if it works but that’s too much for me lol

If you are looking at IPL , then it is worth every cent!

It is $2,495 on the http://www.e-one.com.au website

How much is the e-one??? Is it really worth it??

My mom is a beautician in Singapore and she bought her first IPL machine for her salon in 2007 for $70,000 so it does make me wonder if something that is so cheap in comparison will actually work as well?

I have been using the E-one for 5 sessions only and hair is hardly growing back. It has been so efficient, and so easy to use from home. I would really recommend it to anyone looking for permanent hair reduction. Love it!

I did about 10 treatments with the e-one so far and I am very happy about it.
I confirm what Madamebfatale said, it took about 8 treatments for me to get really good results, now I almost have no hair left and no hair regrowth. No waxing sessions anymore, hihihiiiii!! 🙂

Thanks for your reply Madamebfatale. It sounds like it works but I will need to give it a few months to see results. Even if it minimises I would be happy. Your opinion/advice was a great help.

I got one for review (through my blog) for two months and I could see it starting to work but thats only two treatments and its really reccomended that you use it for a year to get the results then once a year after that. My mother used it on her chin where she usually has 3-4 hairs and only 1 grew back and thats been three months and only a treatment. I think it really depends on your skin and hair type. My hairs were definately thinning down, but I cant really say either way as its not enough treatments.

It is an IPL (intense pulsed light) hair removal device that you do yourself in the comfort of your own home. The professional ones are good but also very expensive and I wanted to know if this home device gives the same results.
