I am not in brisbane at all but I have had my eyebrow done a few times. It is a really easy procedure, any tatoo place normally does them, I got my first one done in a tatoo parlour and the second time just at a piercing place. Just make sure they have a licenced piercer. They are really clean and hygenic and must be so to have a licence, and yeah it is easy for them to do an eyebrow, good luck I am sure you will find heaps of places that do them, even just have a look in your local shopping centre most of them have piercing places now 🙂
