Yes! I put on SPF 50+ on first thing in the morning and layer my makeup ontop. Sunscreen is so important, especially here in Australia where we get higher UV. It’s prevents sun cancers but also prevents premature aging and wrinkles from sun damage. You should be putting spf on all of your body, as well as practicing sun safe practices, but especially your face.

I use sunscreen every day even if I don’t leave the house, and at night I put on a cream I bought from HH Processors to rest my skin.

Yep! Every day on my face if I am going outside. If I am wearing makeup I use Mecca Cosmetica To Save Face SPF30+, if I am not wearing makeup I wear the Cancer Council Work Sunscreen Range SPF50+ and or Invisible Zinc. For my body, for day to day, I will just wear a moisturiser with SPF, but if I am outside for specific reason all day I wear Cancer Council Work Sunscreen Range SPF50+.

Just a reminder why we in Australia need to be wearing sunscreen every day – because we age faster than our other world counterparts: http://www.theage.com.au/lifestyle/health-and-wellbeing/wellbeing/why-aussie-women-are-ageing-up-to-20-years-faster-than-us-women-20170410-gvho9k.html
“”Australia`s proximity to the equator, the high sun elevation and generally clear skies mean we face higher levels of UV radiation than those in Europe and North America.””

Yes and it`s so important to start as young as possible. 80% of ageing is caused by sun damage, there are some BB creams etc that have sunscreen already in them. Easy 🙂

working as a nurse in a dermatology clinic, I have now learnt the importance of wearing sunscreen, hats and just in general being sun safe. I see so many older people who in the `younger days` spent so much time in the sun as being `brown` was the thing to be. Now they come in every 6months for skin checks and are at increased risk of all these skin cancers that either require surgical treatment, laser therapies. The importance of spreading sun safety to our younger generation is a must, the skin is the bodies largest organ and one that works to protect our body so it needs to be looked after!

I`ve got my yearly skin check tomorrow. Both of my parents & my uncles have had skin cancers removed. Dad & his brothers are badly scarred. I make a point of wearing sunblock under my makeup year round – DON`T FORGET YOUR DECK (neck/décolletage) AREA!

Ideally, every day. Even on gloomy days. the UV rays will penetrate through the clouds.
UV rays account for 80% of premature ageing causes, and contribute to existing ageing skin signs like wrinkles. The frequency with which you are exposed, the faster you age.
