Disposing of beauty products

Hello!
ok I tried doing a search on this but failed to find anything so I hope I’m not repeating this thread.

Anyhoo I realised that my St Ives body moisturiser smells a little funky so I want to chuck it. Problem is it’s still like 1/3 full, and I want to recycle the bottle. So how do I dispose the rest of the body moisturiser? Do I just empty it into the bin?

and my Klorane dry shampoo is out, so how do I dispose of aerosol cans? Can they just go in the bin?

    I would also toss the products in the bin which is probably better than putting it down the sink. With regard to aerosol cans, I doubt that they can be recycled. You could check with your local council about this or any recycling website. x

    I just toss it in the bin, it is probably wrong so interested to hear if there is a “special” way to do it???
