Tkm, since I`ve been using Radiance my skin is more opaque rather than transparent, so my face isn`t as red as it used to be. I have a ruddy complexion, which I really hate and this has helped reduce the ruddiness and even out the skintone. It also seems to be helping with pore size and the speed of healing of scratches. I`ve also noticed that my nails are healthier since I`ve been taking it.

Oh, and Beauty Obsession, you do realise that bananas are the most fattening fruit there is, don`t you? 🙂

    yeah zinc tablets are good,
i cant take them at the moment because im preg but i use:
    some plain oats
a few drops of lemongrass oil and some drops of peppermint
    a dab of honey
and some face lotion of your choice.
then mix it together and leave it on as a face mask for how ever long you want.
if you find it a bit runny, add some flour to it.

it cleanses your pores and moisterises at the same time, great when you just want to lay down and relax for a bit of you time. and the smell is good too 🙂

blueberries and sultanas are nice too. I think soy is for an acquired taste. I couldn`t stand it at first but now I feel ill in the stomach if I drink full cream milk.

Mmm I do fat free soy on my museli too – can`t stand soy in coffee or tea or anything – love it on cereal though! Banana and honey sounds yum!

I put some fat free soy on them and heat in the microwave for a minute and add bananas and honey for taste. You can add skim milk or water whatever you prefer. They are a great source of fibre and they keep me full til` lunch 🙂 I buy the Lowans Quick Oats and sometimes even buy the supermarket homebrand. Oats are oats!!! I think you can buy organic ones too but they are a little more expensive.

BO – do you eat just plain oats? I`ve got to get back into eating museli in the mornings – in winter I get into toast – I LOVE toast – but I`m trying to cut back on bread as I eat so damn much of it! Need to get back to my untoasted museli with fruit and nuts!

I try to eat as healthy as possible and try to eat a lot of leafy green vegies and plenty of fruit. I`ve been eating a lot of fish lately as my hubby has been lucky with his fishing. I eat oats most mornings which is supposed to have many health benefits. It`s low gi as well. I take a multi vitamin every day. I was taking Swisse but am trying Centrum as they were on special at the chemist for 120 tablets. I take silica tablets on and off too. I`ve been using the Silica Q brand straight for a couple weeks straight now and have noticed a real difference in my skin circulation which is great. I try to drink plenty of water too but I do tend to get slack!!!

yeah-apparently this vitality multivitamin has ginseng etc for energy so will be interesting to see how i go with it.
Drinking water is also good i have found. Water is SO underrated.

Tkm sounds good – I`d still recommend zinc (if it`s not included in your multivitamin) – I personally don`t do multivitamins as I`ve heard they`re not always necessary, personally I just take one vit c, one zinc and one flaxseed oil tablet a day. Let me know how you go though – energy levels etc.
