cut the dead ends or treat them

hi i wave frizzy curly hair and get a lot of dead ends, should i cut them off or treat them? if treatment, any product suggestions
straightening works but maked them worse in the long run

    Cut them its the best option but every two months or so you`ll notice that the hair becomes more healthier even if you`re a blonde like me.

    Def need to chop them off – they only keep splitting up the hair getting worse and worse! Reg trims is the best to keep it at bay – and if you go in the sun a lot or use heat styling tools a lost you`ll need to use the appropriate product for those actions.

    I actually got a trim today because i had VERY bad split ends. My hairdresser nearly fainted! You really have to trim them off, and i want to grow my hair really long so i know how much it hurts to lose some length. But the idea is to cut them and then get a product to seal the cuticles to prevent them from splitting again.
