Crossdressers
I saw this question asked on another site and was curious to see how you girls would respond. 🙂
What do women think of crossdressers?

Hi Shooting Star!!
I totally agree with you (and everyone else!!) I have lots of different types of friends, and I love the way they are all uniquely special to me! My main philosophy is that every person has the right to pursue personal happiness and to be free of any form of suffering.
Much love to all,

I have just been reading through all these threads and I`m just warmed by every one`s lovely response I totally support every one`s right to live there lives as they please! I have had a few gay friends and an uncle who is gay and a friends close friend who is a cross dresser and he is lovely! I wish I had seen this thread earlier. I hope everyone has a lovely long Australia day weekend.

Pusstiss, I learnt a lot about politics in a very short time.
Even though I get out and about as a female, most people who know me as a male don`t know that I`m a CD. A transexual friend I chatted to frequently in a chat room made it clear that it wasn`t a case of if but when I`d be outed if I got into politics, and I realised that she was right. For it to come out in the middle of a campaign would have been a disaster. I came to the conclusion that I`d only ever stand as a candidate again if I was as famously “”out”” as my friend Peter Wherrett.
I also got to realise that politics in Australia does not have space for people who do it for altruistic reasons. You have to be in it for egotistical, selfish reasons or not be there at all!
My partner, while being a political moderate like me, didn`t support me being involved in politics. Without that support, it was going to be very difficult. Add in the amount of time required for campaigning and the fact that my work is in demand and would have been badly disrupted and it just really couldn`t happen.
Oh, there is another reason why cyclists remove body hair. Some are crossdressers but use the cycling as an excuse. 🙂

Right back at you bh beauties, am finding after been made redundant no sympath reaquired is a fact the role was no longer required not the person. Am too efficient lol…seriously was so hoping for permanency oh well this year will have to work harder at it!!
Now where was I oh AliceJane my hubby attempted to get into Parliament a couple of years ago due to having always had a keen interest and into a struggling party. The experience was difficult and amazingly sad when there is so much naughtiness happening within the very party one supports. Lessons learned I decided to remove myself from the party while he continues to strive for the rights of everyone. Have to say it is not for the feint hearted to support an unknown!! The journey without the support of his family was difficult am of the belief they would have knocked the door down had he got in and for their own gains.Aim for the stars and try again am confident there will be many who will come to support you.
What a blast about the hair thing, I shared your thoughts with hubby and he was surprised to learn it wasn`t all in the name of vanity lol…
Children are like sponges they absorb and when you least expect it…..will leave that up to your imagination.
Ok, be well girls and remember nothing is impossible unless you make it!

Wow, Pusstiss!
I`ve read your post through about 5 times and I`m still overwhelmed, in a good way. 🙂
There are indeed some very high profile people who are CDs and gay. If I had got into politics like I almost did a couple of years ago, I would have been one of them. 🙂
I was talking to a serious cycling fanatic, who tells me that leg hair causes problems with gravel rash if you come off the bike, including sticking and pulling on bandages, and even carrying infection into wounds. Of course, hairless legs also look better and are more comfortable. 🙂
When I was riding a bike regularly, leg hair felt like sandpaper under the bottom edges of the bike shorts. I was far more comfortable without it there.
Before our son was born, I read that it was a good idea for children to know young, but that they would inevitably out you. Surprisingly, he really does seem to know when not to say anything.
