cracking hands

i work in a fruit shop and spend alot of timw on the coolrooms and washing my hands constanly and my hands get sore and crack, winter is fasly approaching and usually my hairs get that bad they bleed, anyone know of anyways to stop this pain???
(we have to use certafied soap, so can’t use moistering liquid soaps or moisteriers throughpout the shift, incase it rubs off onto the fruit and someone has a reckon)

Can you not wear gloves? I know what you mean about cracking hands I have worked as a nurse and use to get shocking hands because of the constant hand washing. Maybe you could try a barrier cream (there is one around and when I see it I`ll let you know what its called) it lasts through hand washing and should be safe to use at your work.
