mineral makeup, good quality concealers, try green concealer with a normal concealer over the top, BLEND BLEND BLEND and finish with foundation if needed and finishing powder, I find the finishing powder extremely important!

try something creamy, like mac`s or napoleon concealers. they seem to be more blendable, then just dust off with some power for staying power.

id say just get a nice, good coverage concealer that matches your skin tone and use just a little on the spot and dab it in. just make sure you dont make ur pimple even more obvious that it already is by caking it on or not having the right colour match. best to get a concealer that contains salicylic acid so its treating the pimple as well as covering it up. the maybelline pure concealer is quite good : http://www.maybelline.com.au/PRODUCTS/Face/CONCEALER/Pure_Concealer.aspx
