Commision Based sales

Hey Ladies,
Im doing my diploma in beauty theraphy and i will be finished in december. I might have a job as a sales consultant there is a 50/50 chance. Based on commision. can anyone fill me in on any information? and should i go for it? i see people all the time trying to sell beauty products and i just ignore them. Im just worried that if i dont sell any products in that day then i wont get any money for that day 🙁

    thanks mel right now i just want my 250hrs for my diploma so im kinda taking what ever i can and if i get experence in sales i can work at myer thats what i would like to do. right now i make no money so evern if i get $10 and hour im very happy with that i just have been stuggling with finding a job so so much stress. i need to vent out some how

    Definatley make sure it is going to be worth it because some days you might not get very many sales and some days you might get stacks. Just work out how much per hour the retainer will cover coz you don`t want to be putting in huge hours for a measly pay. Good luck 🙂

    That is always a problem most companies offer you a retainer plus commission so therefore if you make no sales then at least you still get something for all the hours you put in. I would be really checking into the contract before you accept it 🙂
