Please, please, please be careful when using over the counter teeth whitening kits and even toothpaste. They can be very harsh on your teeth and cause damage to your enamel over time. I used to be a dental assistant back home in Canada and have seen what these whiting kits can do. I’m not sure if you can get Rembrandt toothpaste and kits here in Australia but this is what we used to give to our patients if they wanted to whiten their teeth.
