Changes to the BH Search option?

Not sure if this is just my computer being spazzy, but I just went to do a search for a product on BH and it seems that the way the items used to appear has changed?

For instance, if I tried to look for all the products listed on BH containing Tea Tree oil, i could just type it in and it would come up with all the products, with their picture next to it in a list. And it would also show the articles and blogs that had the words “tea tree oil” written in them….

It doesnt do that anymore, it looks like basic formatting for an internet page and it is difficult to sort thru and seperate the products from the articles….

so is it just my computer?

    I wish the images were still there..and I like how it would show you reviewed products

    Although I’m thankful for anything BH offers, I liked the search function better before. If I wanted to use Google, I would go to google.com.

    Hi there jpandkt08,
    We have introduced new search functionality that incorporates Google search. This system is a lot more advanced than our old search functionality which used to stop working quite frequently.

    I know it sometimes takes a little while to get used to something new but hopefully you’ll find it easier in the long run. It now works the same as Google search so it should be fairly familiar to most of people. Type in your search query and a full list of results will appear, these can be refined by clicking on the options at the top:
    Products
    Article
    Brand
    Forum
    Reviews

    Thanks Leanne for explaining! I wasn’t sure what I had stumbled upon lol.
    I think I have to do a few practice searches to get the hang of it :o) thanks
