Change to the Loyalty Program

There has been talk surrounding changes to the bh Loyalty Program for quite some time (from both members and the bh team) and yet no changes have actually occured!

My reason for touching base with you and posting this thread is to say, we haven’t put this on the back burner, it’s still very much a project in progress and to also get your valued feedback.

One of the changes we would like to make incorporates a new points system. This means we’d like to add new features for which you can gain points (such as posting a video or written blog on the site – obviously nothing goes live without bh team approval!).

Now, here comes the big question…for a new system to work, the simplest way to implement it would be to revert all points to zero (I can hear you hyperventilating!).

However, we’d like for you to keep your current status as this is what really differentiates you. So if you are currently Turquoise, you will remain Turquoise, if you are currently at Red status, you will remain Red status (until you earn enough points to move to the next level).

I know losing all your points may sound scary but the benefits will outweigh as this means you have the chance to build your points up and earn gifts as you go. Plus there will be new and fun ways to earn points.
