that`s great news, I have a voucher I need to use from their last very slow mail out they gave me, but I`ve not bought anything for around 3 months, as I`ve been so disappointed with the lengthy delays.
I also buy from Ozsale, they`re great for shipping times, I find under 2 weeks usually & I`m in WA so things always take longer getting here to begin with

I`ve got all my orders in from them now, but there were 4 to 6 week waits for all of them – my orders went back to October or early November.
As usual their product quality was fabulous & everything packed well, but the waiting times are really becoming unacceptable – it`s making me think twice about ordering from them again – they`ve given me a $10 voucher towards next time
You also have to wait for the sale to finish before your orders are placed from the sellers,so,it does take a while.
But I love the way the products come packed, and I have had no problems with them, they get back to me in good time if there are any questions that I need answered,so all in all,I love BE -

Yep, I`ve been waiting some time for my 2 orders from BE. It is frustrating, because I had ordered, thinking I had plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. This is ridiculous!
It does take very long to receive orders from them.to get my Christmas gifts in time for Christmas I actually ordered 2 months before Christmas.its ridicules to wait that long.

They just emailed me saying that delivery time will now be at least 6 weeks for any orders placed around this time of year.

I`ve been very disappointed in delivery times across October & November – exceptionally slow. I (think) it`s because of their new option where you can buy from more than one listed sale & combine postage.
One order I had on October 3 arrived just last week & did have 2 items from 2 separate sales. Another took almost as long but was just from 1 supplier. On both cases I had to follow up with BE.
They`ve sent an email to everyone affected by slow mail recently & have given me a $10 credit to makeup for their warehouse issues causing delays & say they`re working on the issue. Just don`t go buying anything this close to Christmas if you want to give it as a gift, I wouldn`t fancy your chances of it arriving on time
The usual slow postage is so irritating, how annoying that it took almost 2 months! At least they`ve tried to make up for slow delivery times!
I ordered some Revlon products on Nov 17th in hopes that they would arrive by Dec 19th, my mum is going overseas on the 20th to see family and I ordered some gifts for my cousins which I need her to take for me. Fingers crossed…

I thought it was just me! I ordered something on 3rd November and it said the estimated shipping date was 26 Nov but I haven`t got anything. I`ve emailed them now to let them know. I really want my order since my hairdryer has stopped working and I ordered a Babyliss hairdryer just coz it was cheap.

Hi Sarah92,
You might actually be entitled to something here because they sent you the wrong order. They have a responsibility as a store to give you what you paid for.
Have a look into the ACCC (google it) – I know you`d be entitled to either a refund, exchange or repair if it was faulty (your choice not theirs) so they might have something written there about wrong orders.
I`ve had a problem with Brandsexclusive before (I buy off them quite a lot) where they sent me shoes that were faulty – they tried to tell me they were only going to give me store credit until I cited the ACCC to them and told them I wanted a repair because I wanted the shoes – then they gave me a full refund without asking for the shoes back. I got them fixed for $5.So just shows that they don`t even understand what our rights are as consumers and their responsibilities as an online store so they try to get away with whatever they can.
Don`t give up!
